Cancellation policy
Due to the large number of missed appointments and spoof bookings we have had to revaluate our booking system.

All online bookings, new patients and biomechanical assessments will have to be paid in full prior to the appointment.  50% deposit for all surgeries will have to be paid in advance.

Cancellation fee
If you should fail to attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 24h notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount paid.

If you should cancel within 24h of your appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee of £30.

Reminders
Phone/email reminders are available for all appointments, although this is a courtesy reminder and patients are responsible for attending their appointments and cancelling in time if they cannot attend.
